"Mail to a friend"

The "mail to a friend" feature of this website writes all information available except (in normal circumstances) the content of the message itself, to a log. This information is automatically deleted on a rolling weekly basis. We reserve the right to switch on logging of message content in a situation of sustained or repeated abuse and we will cooperate with law enforcement authorities if this feature is misused.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie to maintain a "session id". The "session id" contains your preferences for page width (default is for a 1024 screen - see the panel under "backissues" to change this) and your preferred method of displaying picture galleries (see the galleries page to change this). It does not contain any other information.
